By accessing or using LeadHaus ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
LeadHaus is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for mortgage loan officers, realtors, and their teams. The Service provides tools for managing leads, contacts, pipeline deals, tasks, automated communications, and business reporting.
Access to LeadHaus is by invitation only. New accounts are created by an existing administrator — users cannot self-register.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a licensed real estate or mortgage professional (or employed by one) to use the Service. By accepting an invite, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@leadhaus.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to RESPA, TILA, and applicable state licensing laws. You may not:
LeadHaus allows users to send SMS messages to clients and contacts for real estate inquiries, mortgage inquiries, loan status updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups, transaction updates, and customer care.
By providing a mobile phone number through a LeadHaus form, website form, Facebook/Instagram lead form, direct inquiry, or client intake process, recipients consent to receive SMS messages from that LeadHaus user through the Service.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out by replying STOP. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (contacts, leads, notes, documents, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about third parties (borrowers, clients, contacts) has been collected lawfully and that those individuals have appropriate notice of its use.
The Service offers optional integrations with third-party platforms including Google (Gmail, Google Calendar), Twilio (SMS), and others. By connecting these integrations, you agree to the respective terms of service of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
Credentials for third-party integrations are encrypted at rest using Supabase Vault and are never transmitted to your browser in plaintext.
LeadHaus is offered at no cost to users. To support this, the Service displays sponsored content from third-party businesses such as title companies, home services providers, and financial services companies ("Sponsors").
Sponsors pay for placement within the Service. We do not share your personal data or your clients' data with Sponsors. Sponsor content is clearly displayed as advertising within the platform.
We do not endorse Sponsors' products or services and are not responsible for any transactions you enter into with them.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by LeadHaus and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in data entered by users, or for business decisions made based on information displayed within the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADHAUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
Your administrator may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time. When an account is terminated, all associated data is permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable period of time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service itself, or your access to it, if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LeadHaus operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
