LeadHaus provides tools for lead and pipeline management, follow-up automation, email, SMS, and voice communications, appointment scheduling, and business reporting. Professionals who use LeadHaus keep their own client data in the platform and communicate with their own clients through their own connected provider accounts.

Separate from the LeadHaus CRM software, mortgage clients who opt in receive one-to-one text messages from Luis Lopez with Lead Haus LLC about their mortgage inquiry — loan status updates, appointment reminders, and document requests.
